How do I kick things off with a custom order?
Just tell us your idea. What gear, how many, any design vibes you’re aiming for. We’ll lock down the details and give you a mockup to approve before moving forward
Can I mix sizes or styles in one order?
Of course you can. Hoodies in medium, tees in large - no problem. We’ll make sure everything is organised on our end, too.
Is there a minimum order size?
There isn’t. Whether it’s a single tee or a batch of 50, we’re into it. Big or small, we’ve got you.
What’s the turnaround time once I approve the design?
Once you give us the green light, production usually takes about five business days. If you’re on a tight deadline, just say and let’s work it out.
don’t have a print-ready file: Can you sort it?
Yep. Send us whatever you’ve got - sketch, JPG, logo - we’ll clean it up, prep it for print, and send it back to you for sign-off.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Since we have no minimum order, a sample is basically just placing a single-item order. It’s a solid way to check the fit and quality before going ahead with a bigger run.
Can you help me pick blanks or printing options?
Yes. We work with a selected range of brands that we trust for quality, covering tees, hoodies, crop tops, gym wear and more. These are our go to options because they deliver on fit, durability and style. If you have any other requirements, we can talk it through and find the right solution together.
How do items hold up in the wash?
We test every blank for fit, quality, durability, and wash resilience. If it doesn’t hold up, it doesn’t leave the door.
How do I care for my clothing?
Most items should be washed inside out at 30 degrees, avoid bleach, and iron inside out away from the print or embroidery. Care instructions can vary slightly depending on the blank, so we’ll always include the right care label or guidance with your order.
What’s the payment setup?
We use our website to create a custom draft order for you, then send you a secure checkout link. You can pay online just like a normal order.
What payment methods do you take?
All payments go through our secure checkout. You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because everything we make is custom, we can’t take returns for things like sizing or if you change your mind. But if there’s a problem with the quality or the print, we’ll sort it with a reprint or refund.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
We’ve got you. If anything’s off with the print or quality, we’ll fix it with a reprint or refund - no drama.
